Responsibilities

• - Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
• - Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations that address specific customer use cases
• - Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
• - Partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle
• - Contribute to technical content creation including implementation guides, reference architectures, and best practices
• - Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization
• - Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• - Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
• - Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles
• - Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts or technical solutions to diverse audiences
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
