Senior Product Data Analyst

Overview

Customer.io is hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to join their team and support the Product organization with a focus on Product-Lead-Growth (PLG) initiatives and other team-driven priorities.

Job Description

Customer.io’s mission is to power automated communication that people like to receive, focusing on using behavioral data to increase relevance. They offer a starting salary of $125,000 USD with various benefits including unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, and a remote work stipend.

Responsibilities

- Own our Product Analytics data catalogue
- Review our PLG customer journey and improve data quality
- Study existing product analytics and usage data
- Work with Growth squad to manage experiments
- Understand the impacts of product experience changes
- Solve other data problems for the company as-needed

Required Skills

- Fluency in SQL
- Strong communication skills
- Based in UTC -4 to -7
- 6+ years of data analysis experience
- 4+ years of experience with A/B testing, conversion, and retention
- 2+ years of experience supporting product teams
- Experience with Product Analytics tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude
