Job Description

Our founding team previously built a company from scratch to $100M in ARR and raised over $380M in venture capital. Now, we’re reinventing accounting software with AI. At DualEntry, we move fast, love what we do, and believe in extreme ownership. We’re building an AI-first platform that brings modern UX and product thinking to one of the most outdated categories in B2B SaaS — mid-market accounting.

Responsibilities

  • - Own design for the DualEntry web app, mobile app; from concept to implementation
  • - Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for finance and accounting teams
  • - Develop and maintain a scalable design system
  • - Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship fast and iterate quickly
  • - Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability and drive adoption
  • - Create demo-ready mockups for internal stakeholders and customers
  • - Help shape design culture and raise the bar for UX in enterprise AI accounting

Required Skills

  • - 6+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products end to end
  • - Deep experience with Figma and component-based design
  • - Strong UX instincts and attention to detail — you care about craft
  • - Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • - Ability to move fast and make pragmatic decisions in a startup environment
  • - Bonus: Experience working in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools
