Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Work together with CTO, CEO, product manager, developers, and designers
• - Participate in all stages of the design process
• - Lead and conduct user research and usability testing
• - Collaborate closely with the product manager, developers, and other designers
• - Design new features and improvements
• - Regularly analyse user feedback
• - Conduct regular interviews or studies with users
• - Work with developers to improve the design system

Required Skills

• - Significant experience designing modern, collaborative web applications
• - Ability to explain work, process, and decisions clearly
• - Lead and conduct user research and usability testing
• - Eager to explore and understand technical challenges
• - Outcome-oriented mindset
• - Skills to build and maintain a cohesive design system
• - Expertise in prototyping and detailed interaction design
• - Advanced skills in using Figma
• - Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
• - Experience working asynchronously within a distributed team
• - Experience leading and facilitating workshops
