Senior Product Manager - Builder Experience

Responsibilities

• - Develop deep empathy and an understanding of our builder experience by talking with our Professional Services and Solutions Engineers
• - Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders on the most important problems to solve and how to solve them
• - Lead engineers and designers to spec out and execute on impactful solutions
• - Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch
• - Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, etc.) for your area
• - Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business

Required Skills

• - 4-5 years of experience in tech product management for platform/no-code/dev tools products and in a hyper growth environment
• - Ability to balance long term vision with short term priorities and client needs
• - Ability to communicate at a high-level with leadership while also able to zoom into details with the team and internal subject matter experts
• - Empathy for our users: their goals, pain points, and how we can improve the product for them
• - Strong ownership mentality
