Overview

As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain, focusing on logs offerings including open source Loki, Grafana Cloud Logs, and Grafana Enterprise Logs.

Job Description

Grafana Labs is a company that helps more than 3,000 companies manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, featuring scalable metrics, logs, and traces.

Responsibilities

  • - Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
  • - Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
  • - Curate and convey user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
  • - Work closely with Product Marketing to explain our tracing platform’s unique differentiation to Go-To-Market teams
  • - Use your deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering

Required Skills

  • - A BSBA/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • - 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • - 3+ years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product
  • - Experience with open source or commercial logging databases and/or large scale data collection, storage, querying, and analytics
  • - A desire to dive into complex solutions and work with a highly technical product and customers
  • - Experience partnering with Product Design to build delightful user experiences
  • - Experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
