Responsibilities

• - Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a stellar candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
• - Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on business objectives
• - Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
• - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes and outcomes
• - Present to C-Suite executives on recruitment strategies, progress, and impact
• - Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
• - Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas to enhance our recruitment approach
• - Manage complex hiring projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
• - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates

Required Skills

• - Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced tech environment
• - Experience supporting roles across multiple business areas: e.g. tech, design, sales, marketing, etc.
• - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively partner with all levels of leadership
• - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROI
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present to executive audiences
• - Demonstrated experience in implementing diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
• - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a globally distributed team
• - Deep understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels beyond traditional methods
• - Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruiting challenges
