Responsibilities
- - Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a stellar candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
- - Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on business objectives
- - Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
- - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes and outcomes
- - Present to C-Suite executives on recruitment strategies, progress, and impact
- - Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
- - Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas to enhance our recruitment approach
- - Manage complex hiring projects, ensuring timely and successful execution
- - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
Required Skills
- - Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced tech environment
- - Experience supporting roles across multiple business areas: e.g. tech, design, sales, marketing, etc.
- - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively partner with all levels of leadership
- - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROI
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present to executive audiences
- - Demonstrated experience in implementing diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
- - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a globally distributed team
- - Deep understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels beyond traditional methods
- - Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruiting challenges
