Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Lead comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with company objectives and marketing initiatives
• - Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach
• - Set social media goals and report on results, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration
• - Oversee crisis communication protocols for social channels
• - Drive cross-functional collaboration with Paid Marketing, Content, Brand Design, and other teams within Remote
• - Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for brand differentiation in the social space
• - Lead social media campaign ideation and execution for major company initiatives and product launches
• - Establish and maintain social media governance and best practices documentation

Required Skills

• - Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences for B2B technology brands
• - Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media metrics and reporting tools
• - Strategic thinking with ability to align social initiatives to broader business goals
• - Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• - Crisis management experience and strong judgment in sensitive situations
• - Fluent English required, additional languages a plus
• - Remote work experience preferred
