Responsibilities

• - Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team
• - Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
• - Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle

Required Skills

• - 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• - Experience in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
• - Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• - Experience with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
• - Ensure high availability and resilience of critical services
• - Define technical plans for significant features or system components
• - Write high quality code
• - Automate operational tasks and scaling strategies
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills
