Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality internationalized, public-facing website using Next.js
• - Build and optimize user acquisition and onboarding experiences that drive seamless conversion and activation
• - Develop scalable solutions to enhance the conversion funnel by ensuring users quickly realize the value of Kraken
• - Collaborate on strategic launches, from new product rollouts to market expansions, optimizing for success at every stage
• - Continuously test, learn, and iterate on designs and features based on user behavior, analytics, and experimentation
• - Implement best practices for high-quality, scalable frontend development, setting the standard for engineering excellence
• - Drive technical decisions and shape the frontend architecture to support rapid iteration and experimentation, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• - Work cross-functionally with Design, Product, Marketing, and Data Science to create user-first experiences

Required Skills

• - 2+ years of experience building enterprise-level apps with Next.js
• - Extensive experience working closely with designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
• - A passion for designing high-impact, user-centric experiences that drive measurable growth
• - Ability to balance experimentation velocity with engineering best practices to support rapid iteration
• - Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, A/B testing methodologies, behavioral analytics, and data-driven decision making
• - 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications
• - Strong belief in the value of testing, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and sanity testing
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
