Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our R&D and Product teams and leaders, while floating to all technical positions as needed.
Job Description
Grafana Labs is a company that helps more than 3,000 companies manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack.
Responsibilities
- - Support R&D and Product teams and leaders
- - Fill positions ranging from Software Engineers to SREs, Product Managers, Technical Writers and Data Analysts globally
- - Run full-cycle recruitment: from engaging with passive and active talent internationally, to guiding the candidates through our hiring journey, to generating offers and handing the new hire off to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding
Required Skills
- - 8+ Years recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space
- - Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles across Product Management and Software engineering
- - Be experienced supporting technical go-to-market roles as needed
- - Confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team''s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
- - Work in a remote-first company where communication is key
- - Comfortable in a high-paced environment
- - Embrace change and ambiguity
- - Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- - Worked on global recruitment programmes and understand employment law in a variety of different locations
