Help Scout is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with managers from the Experience Org to own the full cycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities
- - Partner with managers from the Experience Org to own the full cycle recruiting process
- - Source talented & diverse candidates
- - Oversee the entire hiring process until a candidate signs on
- - Shepherd the process, provide insight, help mitigate unconscious bias, and offer guidance
- - Manage a hiring process for a remote team
- - Track hiring KPIs and assist with reporting to the wider company
Required Skills
- - Experience hiring engineers, designers, or product managers
- - Ability to own your own hires, source, run kick-off meetings, and advise hiring managers
- - Operate with urgency and understand the importance of making great hires
- - Skilled at building trust quickly and making a convincing pitch
- - Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- - Passionate about infusing DEI into recruiting and hiring philosophies
- - Experience working with and hiring for remote teams is a bonus
