Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Partnerships Manager in the United Kingdom to build our solution partner ecosystem, including system integrator (SI) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners. This is a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and growth for Coder’s solutions across the EMEA markets to start. Responsibilities
- - Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
- - Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both the partner and Coder
- - Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)
- - Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement
- - Act as the key liaison for partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities
Required Skills
- - 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
- - Possess a quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships
- - Understand complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels
- - Experience building and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs
- - Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment
- - Player/coach mentality; someone who is coachable, and can coach members of the team
- - Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
- - You are curious about technology and are constantly learning
- - You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome
- - You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Strong work ethic and EQ
- - Self-motivated, with a creative and analytical mindset
