Responsibilities

  • - Own the day to day administration of commission plans for all of our commissionable roles
  • - Work with our teams to answer questions about commission plans, resolve questions about calculations and make changes as needed
  • - Annually work across leadership teams to adjust or craft entirely new commission plans
  • - Work directly with sales reps and manager in the negotiating stages of their deals to approve concessions and customizations
  • - Utilize DealHub, QuotaPath, and Hubspot as main tools for tracking and reporting

Required Skills

  • - 4+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or Commission Analyst role at a B2B or SaaS company
  • - Experience in creating and administering commission plans across many different roles
  • - Ability to analyze data to identify new opportunities and drive future decisions
  • - Strong problem-solving skills
  • - Attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Outstanding communication skills
