Sr. Commission Analyst

Zapier is looking for an experienced Sr. Commission Analyst to join their growing Revenue Operations team. The role involves improving the effectiveness and efficiency of go-to-market programs with technology, data, and process.

Responsibilities
- - Own the day to day administration of commission plans for all of our commissionable roles
- - Work with our teams to answer questions about commission plans, resolve questions about calculations and make changes as needed
- - Annually work across leadership teams to adjust or craft entirely new commission plans
- - Work directly with sales reps and manager in the negotiating stages of their deals to approve concessions and customizations
- - Utilize DealHub, QuotaPath, and Hubspot as main tools for tracking and reporting
Required Skills
- - 4+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or Commission Analyst role at a B2B or SaaS company
- - Experience in creating and administering commission plans across many different roles
- - Ability to analyze data to identify new opportunities and drive future decisions
- - Strong problem-solving skills
- - Attention to detail and accuracy
- - Outstanding communication skills
