Responsibilities
- - Define the product vision and strategy for the payments platform
- - Engage with customers to understand their payment/payroll workflows
- - Gain buy-in for the vision and roadmap from diverse team and stakeholders
- - Define product requirements & work with engineering, design and broader team
- - Collaborate with partners in Payroll Services
- - Monitor and drive product adoption
- - Define and track payment metrics
- - Apply qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities
Required Skills
- - 7+ years of Product Management experience
- - Strong understanding of payment products, gateways, processing, integrations, and compliance standards
- - Proven ability to translate business and customer requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment solutions
- - Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies
- - Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
- - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills
