Zapier is a platform that helps millions of businesses globally scale with automation and AI. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Workflow Runner team—the engine that powers automation at Zapier.
Responsibilities
- - Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the workflow runner
- - Partner with staff engineers, SREs, and other product teams to understand complex infrastructure needs
- - Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand and address enterprise challenges
- - Connect directly with customers to deeply understand their needs
- - Prioritize between system-level scalability and reliability improvements and customer facing features
Required Skills
- - Experience improving reliability and scale of mature systems
- - 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on technical SaaS products and/or platforms operating at scale
- - Strong technical skills
- - Experience working on complex technical products at scale
- - Ability to communicate the vision for your team and make it happen
- - Data-driven with ample analytics skills
- - Skilled written communicator
