TestGorilla is a fast-growing HR tech company that helps teams make better hiring decisions, faster and bias-free. We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst / Staff Data Engineer to join our quest to help people land dream jobs.

Job Description

At TestGorilla, we envision a world where everyone has their dream job. We started in 2020 by building a screening platform that enables employers to evaluate candidates in the skills that matter most for success in a role. Our product replaces subjective, incomplete, and often inflated CVs with objective, reliable, and fair test results measuring aptitude, practical job skills, motivation, and culture add.

Responsibilities

  • - Creating and maintaining dashboards in our analytics tool
  • - Triaging reporting requests from different departments
  • - Creating and maintaining dbt models
  • - Creating and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines
  • - Training data champions across the company
  • - Creating data products that will be visible directly by our clients

Required Skills

  • - Very good command of SQL and Python
  • - Previous experience with DBT
  • - Previous experience with Holistics or Looker
  • - Skilled in data warehouse permissions and overall access governance
  • - Experience working with version control (GitHub)
  • - Good at stakeholders management
  • - A highly collaborative person with a go getter attitude
  • - Excellent communication skills
