RevenueCat is hiring a Technical Account Manager to support their largest customers with technical needs.
Job Description
RevenueCat makes building, analyzing, and growing mobile subscriptions easy. We launched as part of Y Combinator's summer 2018 batch and today are handling more than $4B of in-app purchases annually across thousands of apps. We are a mission driven, remote-first company that is building the standard for mobile subscription infrastructure. Top apps like ChatGPT, VSCO, Notion, and ClassDojo count on RevenueCat to power their subscriptions at scale.
Responsibilities
- - Be the primary technical contact for the largest and most strategic customers
- - Help solve complex issues while building long-lasting relationships
- - Use expert knowledge to ensure the customer''s needs are continually met
- - Create lasting relationships with customers as they continue to grow in the post-sales lifecycle
Required Skills
- - 4-5 years experience in a technical customer-facing role
- - Built and shipped a mobile app that integrates RevenueCat
- - Interest in ''wearing many hats''
- - Mobile app experience in iOS (Swift / Objective-C), Android (Java / Kotlin), Dart, React Native
- - Great debugging skills
- - Understanding of the mobile development and release process
- - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- - Empathy with customers and their development/learning process
