
Technical Customer Success Manager
Overview
PostHog is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to manage a large number of their larger customers, ensuring their continued retention and growth.
Job Description
PostHog is equipping every developer to build successful products by providing a suite of products to analyze, test, observe, and deploy new features. They are an open-source project with a strong product-led growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- - Be the face of PostHog for ~50 paying customers in the $20-$100k ARR range
- - Build relationships with users and know the key people in each company
- - Own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the wider PostHog team
- - Be super responsive to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails
- - Keep an eye on product usage and revenue data to ensure customer health
- - Build automations to help manage customer relationships
Required Skills
- - Strong customer focus
- - Ability to work at scale with around 50 customers
- - Ability to go deep on understanding the product
- - Experience with developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
- - Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager experience is a plus
