Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Technical accounting at real depth. You'll own the preparation of financial statements under US GAAP, with IFRS alignment where required.
• - Financial planning and control. You'll produce reporting that actually drives decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget management, and ensure our fiscal policies hold up as the business scales.
• - Audit and controls. You'll build and improve internal controls. You'll facilitate external and internal audits and have a real say in how we structure financial integrity as the company grows.
• - Equity plans. You'll manage and optimize our equity plans—implementation, ongoing support for team members, and whatever comes next as the program grows.
