PostHog is hiring a full-stack engineer to leverage LLMs and make PostHog 10x more powerful by building agentic AI applications.
Job Description
PostHog is a company focused on shipping every product that companies need to run their business from their first day to the day they IPO and beyond. They started with open-source product analytics and have since shipped more than a dozen products.
Responsibilities
- - Owning products and features from beginning to end
- - Collaborating with design when necessary
- - Implementing AI features
- - Talking to users
- - Doing support
- - Writing docs
Required Skills
- - Full-stack experience with relevant technologies – e.g. Python or similar, React or similar
- - Prior experience in AI workflow automation, copilots, or autonomous agent products
- - Ability to choose pragmatic architectures, ship quickly, and iterate based on real feedback
- - Strong sense for UX and product polish
- - Excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration across teams
