Job Description

RevenueCat has grown by moving fast, shipping constantly, and prioritizing usefulness over polish. Our brand is trusted, recognizable, and well loved, but it’s also left us with some rough edges. We’re hiring a Brand Design Lead to help raise the creative bar without slowing us down.

Responsibilities

  • - Help guide creative direction and evolve the brand
  • - Spend a significant portion of your time designing, prototyping, and shipping work yourself
  • - Be the steward of brand consistency while preserving experimentation and personality
  • - Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and Leadership
  • - Act as the main point of contact for external design agencies and freelancers
  • - Lead the creative direction for RevenueCat’s flagship App Growth Annual conference

Required Skills

  • - 7+ years of experience in brand or visual design
  • - Hands-on designer who enjoys executing work
  • - Strong taste and a clear point of view
  • - Experience designing for the web and understanding web design best practices
  • - Working understanding of motion design and animation
  • - AI-first and actively use modern tools to explore ideas
  • - Experience working with and managing external agencies or freelancers
  • - Comfortable balancing execution with light leadership responsibilities
