Job Description
This role is for a highly analytical business professional who wants to work on the full lifecycle of acquisitions—from identifying promising opportunities, to evaluating businesses, developing investment recommendations, and helping drive deals to completion.
Responsibilities
- - Identify acquisition opportunities by combining market trends, sector research, data analysis, and creative sourcing techniques.
- - Build financial models, develop a deep understanding of how businesses create value, and assess the key drivers of growth, risk, and long-term performance.
- - Engage founders and business owners, build trust, and navigate complex discussions to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- - Continuously refine how we source, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities.
Required Skills
- - Reasoning ability to solve complex problems and think from first principles.
- - Extremely ambitious with initiative, effort, and tenacity.
- - Team spirit, supporting the best idea and being reliable, honest, and transparent.
- - Proficiency in English.
