Responsibilities

• - Financial controlling and reporting. Own reliable financial reporting across entities, products, and markets.
• - Analyze deviations from budget, forecast, and prior performance—going beyond the numbers to understand their drivers and help teams act on the insights.
• - Financial planning and oversight. Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities early, and work closely with teams to maintain strong financial discipline.
• - Performance management. Define and refine the metrics that matter most.
• - Build a performance management approach where accountability is clear and decisions are grounded in data—with AI-assisted analysis doing the heavy lifting on pattern detection.
• - Controls and processes. Design and strengthen financial processes and internal controls, with a bias toward automation and scalability.
