Required Skills
- - 8+ years of experience in data and/or software engineering
- - 3+ years in a people management role
- - Experience building and scaling data or backend systems in cloud environments
- - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- - Strong software engineering background
- - Skilled in stakeholder management
- - Fluent in AI and its implications
- - Prioritize quality, observability, and reliability
- - Excel at leading and developing people
