Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Run planning, standup, retrospectives, and concise meetings
• - Unblock engineers and minimize distractions
• - Partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution
• - Drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
• - Design and review system architecture, APIs and data models
• - Balance speed, scalability and long-term maintainability

Required Skills

• - Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• - 5+ years of software engineering experience
• - 3+ years of experience leading teams
• - Proven track record of shipping products at a high pace
• - Strong experience with Python and React/Next.js (preferred)
• - Experience building scalable APIs and systems
• - Experience leading projects or systems end-to-end
• - Clear written and verbal communication
• - Comfortable operating with high ownership in ambiguous environments
• - Background in fintech is a plus
