Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Deliver end-to-end, high-speed, high-quality design output across all channels
• - Define and evolve DualEntry’s design system and brand identity across touchpoints
• - Manage and direct 1–2 freelance designers to increase output and maintain consistency
• - Bridge strategy and execution: from brand-level storytelling down to pixel-execution
• - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Founders to ensure design drives clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed
• - Evolve and extend existing brand elements to solve new design challenges

Required Skills

• - 6+ years of professional design experience (agency or startup), spanning digital, motion, and brand
• - Exceptional visual taste, craft, and attention to detail
• - Proven ability to deliver at high speed without compromising quality
• - Strong portfolio across digital, brand, motion/animation, and marketing design
• - Deep mastery of Figma and adjacent tools (Adobe Suite, After Effects, Blender/Cinema4D or similar)
• - Ability to manage and direct freelancers for fast, consistent output
• - Practical, brand-minded designer
• - Bonus: experience in SaaS and FinTech
