Rollstack is seeking a passionate and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own Rollstack’s growth engine—from first touch to qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • - Own top-of-funnel growth
  • - Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness, website traffic, and qualified pipeline through organic and paid channels
  • - Refine positioning & messaging
  • - Lead content strategy
  • - Scale distribution
  • - Champion customer stories
  • - Enable sales & success
  • - Track, measure, and optimize
  • - Experiment

Required Skills

  • - 7+ years in B2B marketing or growth, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS startup
  • - You’ve owned metrics, run campaigns, and delivered results
  • - You understand the data space
  • - You’re strategic and scrappy
  • - You’re a strong communicator
  • - You understand buyers
  • - You’re data-minded
  • - You collaborate well
  • - Bonus: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or similar
