Rollstack is hiring a data-driven and strategic GTM Engineer to support the growth of their go-to-market engine.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Own and optimize key GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach tools, etc.)
  • - Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across revenue functions
  • - Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility for Sales and CS
  • - Partner with Marketing to align on lead routing, attribution, and funnel performance
  • - Manage commission tracking, territory planning, and quota setting in collaboration with Finance
  • - Identify and implement process improvements to remove friction and increase conversion
  • - Support the roll-out of tools, playbooks, and training to revenue teams
  • - Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making

Required Skills

  • - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • - Strong proficiency in Salesforce and the Outbound stack (Sales Nav, Instantly, Clay, or equivalent)
  • - Analytical mindset with advanced analytical skills and proficient in SQL
  • - Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a plus
  • - Excellent communication and project management skills
  • - Comfortable working cross-functionally in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment
  • - Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus
