Responsibilities

- Develop the Kraken Pro product vision and roadmap
- Execute new product launches
- Improve our existing portfolio within Kraken Pro
- Articulate product value
- Deliver sales enablement
- Grow Kraken’s global ecosystem
- Be an expert on customers, products and markets
- Be customer-obsessed
- Be an inspirational and energizing leader

Required Skills

- 10+ years of product marketing experience in a high growth, dynamic and innovative business
- An advocate for putting the customer first
- Integral in new product and/or features development
- Deep experience with advanced trading products
- Proven project management skills
- Strategic thinker and data-driven decision-maker
- Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing product vision and messaging
- Proven experience launching new products
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Crypto-native
- Proven ability to excite and lead a team
