Responsibilities
- - Design and optimize global People processes (onboarding, mobility, offboarding, etc.)
- - Drive automation and tooling improvements
- - Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to evolve internal infrastructure
- - Lead complex projects and act as an escalation point
- - Enable internal team maturity through documentation and best practices
Required Skills
- - Experience in People Operations or HR in a global, fast-scaling environment
- - Strong process design skills
- - Proficiency with automation and HR technology
- - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- - Project management expertise
- - Excellent stakeholder management skills
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving
