Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own and continuously refine the company''s equity story, clearly articulating strategy, growth drivers, and long-term value creation
• - Partner closely with the CEO and CFO on all investor-facing communications and engagements
• - Lead investor messaging for earnings, investor days, conferences, and roadshows, including releases, presentations, remarks, and Q&A
• - Build and manage strong relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts, primarily in the U.S.
• - Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting and disclosures in coordination with our Accounting & Finance and Legal teams
• - Monitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, peer performance, and market dynamics
• - Provide structured feedback to leadership on expectations, risks, and opportunities
• - Support investor communications in special situations (for example, market volatility, M&A, outlook changes)
• - Establish scalable investor relations processes and best practices

Required Skills

• - Exceptional competence in capital markets and financial analysis, with a strong grasp of valuation, disclosures, and investor psychology
• - Reasoning ability to solve complex problems and think from first principles
• - Drive and ambition with a high level of initiative, effort, and tenacity
• - Team spirit, reliability, honesty, and transparency
• - Proficiency in English
