Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team who are responsible for optimizing the success of Docker’s Sales & GTM teams to accelerate our revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on data hygiene, data governance, account hierarchies and data enrichment using ZoomInfo. An ideal candidate is a start-up builder who has experience in managing large amounts of data sets within Salesforce and has a solid understanding of account, contact and lead objects. A good working understanding of ZoomInfo is also required for this role. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop and implement Docker’s data governance program for our Revenue organization focused on data hygiene within Salesforce
  • - Hold responsibility for cleaning up the existing data in Salesforce, including deduplication, implementing accurate parent/child hierarchies, data standardization and ongoing data hygiene
  • - Ongoing review of new accounts, leads and contacts added to the system to ensure the data is accurate, standardized, up to date and not duplicative
  • - Manage the integration between ZoomInfo and Salesforce for data enrichment
  • - Build, manage and prioritize implementation of data hygiene and governance policies including scoping of requirements, writing documentation and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • - Identify and implement areas for improvement in relation to data hygiene and governance to enhance productivity and performance
  • - Work alongside the business systems team to write scope, test and roll out new system processes
  • - Assist with reviewing and optimising Salesforce page layouts including fields, validations and workflows for accounts, leads and contacts
  • - Manage one Sales Ops Senior Analyst of Data Hygiene
  • - Serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to data hygiene and governance

Required Skills

  • - 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • - Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company
  • - Solid understanding of Salesforce accounts, contact and lead objects
  • - Track record of working with large amounts of data, defining data hygiene and governance policies and implementing these within existing data sets
  • - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
  • - Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans within a fast paced environment
  • - Comfortable and familiar with cross-functional collaboration
  • - Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building
  • - Experience with people management
  • - Understanding of various account types and lead sources
  • - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
  • - Comfortable with new technologies and ability to communicate with those who are tech-savvy
