Responsibilities
- - Lead and grow a full-stack, Europe-based engineering team
- - Own the full software lifecycle from strategy to production
- - Set a clear technical roadmap and maintain clarity on team priorities
- - Hire, develop, and retain engineers at all levels
- - Drive cross-functional alignment with product, design, data science, and business partners
- - Champion engineering excellence and establish standards for system reliability, performance, and scalability
- - Foster a culture of ownership and curiosity
Required Skills
- - 10+ years of software engineering experience
- - 4+ years leading and growing engineering teams in a product-focused environment
- - Track record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing products
- - Experience building high-performing distributed teams
- - Strong cross-functional partnership skills
- - Experience with international or multi-market product development
- - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- - Clear and confident communication in English
