Responsibilities

  • - Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer-centric values and continuous improvement
  • - Develop tactics, objectives and key results, activities, and milestones to protect and grow MRR, including onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support
  • - Drive revenue forecasting and risk documentation for visibility to senior leadership
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives
  • - Utilize domain expertise to serve as an advisor and resource for Technical Account Managers and customers
  • - Assist Technical Account Managers as they support customers through software implementation, provide recommendations for optimization, and drive adoption of Nerdio Manager
  • - Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation to coordinate issue management and problem resolution
  • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and leverage customer success stories and testimonials
  • - Enable new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

Required Skills

  • - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical management role
  • - Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related technologies
  • - Strong leadership and team management skills
  • - Excellent technical and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • - Deep understanding and experience in driving product adoption
  • - Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
