Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Act as the primary legal advisor to our Americas sales teams
• - Provide additional legal support to EMEA sales teams as needed
• - Strategize, draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements
• - Partner closely with Sales, Finance and other cross-functional teams
• - Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes and other knowledge resources
• - Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders
• - Bring a solutions-focused mindset to every negotiation

Required Skills

• - Proven expertise in supporting commercial transactions
• - Experience supporting sales teams in the Americas
• - Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience
• - Solid commercial drafting skills
• - Strong negotiation skills
• - Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking
• - Prior background or experience negotiating data protection agreements
• - Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• - Strong capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively
• - Outstanding ability to build trusted relationships with sales stakeholders
• - A healthy dose of humor and humility
