Overview

Hightouch is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to join our rapidly growing team. We’re a small team and looking for someone with at least 2 years of Corporate or Mid-Market Sales experience.

We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which lets companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Our new AI Decisioning platform goes a step further, allowing marketers to set goals and guardrails that AI agents can then use to personalize 1:1 customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • - Work with a wide range of companies and have the opportunity to work on strategic, complex deals
  • - Sell to many different personas, industries and use-cases
  • - Learn value selling skills that will allow you to grow your career into any direction you want

Required Skills

  • - 2+ years in a full cycle sales role
  • - Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
  • - Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • - Thorough understanding of the technology industry and its players
  • - Based in London
  • - German Speaking
