Responsibilities

• - Come up with ideas to help us grow in new markets
• - Test these ideas and work with country teams to try them out
• - Write your own queries to see what worked
• - Work closely with operations and product teams
• - Look at customer and merchant data, create charts or visuals
• - Use insights to help improve the experience for users and the business
• - Spot blockers and work with others to fix them
• - Try new approaches, gather feedback, and keep improving
• - Monitor performance metrics and market feedback to assess progress and iterate rapidly
• - Partner with engineers, analysts, and market operators to scope and prioritize experiments or feature launches

Required Skills

• - 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Operations Analyst or similar
• - Strong SQL skills and expertise in manipulating and analyzing data
• - Demonstrated experience owning projects and/or products independently
• - Experience working with operations teams
• - Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
• - Strong analytical thinking and experience extracting and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
• - Fluency in English. French is a bonus
