Sourcegraph is looking for a deeply technical, pragmatic Product Manager to help shape and deliver products for developers and the AI agents working alongside them.

Responsibilities
- - Identify priorities and organize customer and product feedback
- - Define requirements and guide products through the experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycle
- - Enable Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to bring products to the world
- - Work directly with customers, engineering leaders, and developers to understand their needs
- - Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and specifications
- - Support the product lifecycle of experimental and beta features
- - Own product prioritization and planning across engineering teams
- - Represent Product and Engineering across the company
Required Skills
- - 5+ years of experience in product management
- - Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience
- - Experience building technical products for developers
- - Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, and modern developer tooling
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Ability to operate as the primary Product Manager across several engineering teams
