Responsibilities
- - Team-wide communication flow and documentation

- - Take a bird's eye view of our tools to streamline systems
- - Develop thoughtful tracking and reporting for People topics
- - Support exploration and adoption of AI tools and automation
Required Skills
- - A love of tinkering and early adoption of AI and automation tools
- - Experience designing and maintaining company-wide systems in a remote environment
- - Strong judgment on when to introduce structure and when to preserve autonomy
- - Strong data literacy and ability to build dashboards
- - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
