Job Description

RevenueCat is seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to scale our self-serve acquisition engine and lead the execution of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. You’ll be joining as we separate (and double down on) both our self-serve and sales-assisted funnels. This role will take the lead on driving growth through our self-serve acquisition channels — optimizing campaigns not just for sign-ups, but for activation and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • - Own end-to-end execution and optimization across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
  • - Lead ongoing testing of ad copy, formats, and visual creative
  • - Build strategies to reach a diverse global audience
  • - Seek out and experiment with new acquisition tactics and emerging platforms
  • - Assess and improve the user journey from signup to full product adoption
  • - Design clear, actionable reporting that tracks performance

Required Skills

  • - 5 years of experience within the B2B or B2D SaaS space
  • - Experience in running and scaling paid campaigns
  • - Optimize for outcomes rather than vanity metrics
  • - Excited to push boundaries and experiment with messaging and formats
  • - Familiarity with international marketing and adapting campaigns for various languages & cultural contexts
