Gigs powers Cash App Mobile for Modern Earners. Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
Responsibilities
- - Lead customer implementations end-to-end.
- - Own each implementation as a project — from scoping and kickoff through to go-live and beyond.
- - Make the B2B2C motion work.
- - Be the forward-deployed product lead.
- - Manage a portfolio of high-stakes projects.
- - Build the playbook.
- - Connect the commercial dots.
Required Skills
- - 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
- - Expertise in working with high-growth, product-led technology companies, ideally in FinTech or HR.
- - Experience with complex API integrations.
- - Exceptional project management skills.
- - Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and influence product development.
- - Master of communication with exceptional written and verbal skills.
- - Proactive, creative, and hands-on.
