
Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description
Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub). We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Responsibilities
- - Oversee and manage all paid advertising channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit and Youtube
- - Collaborate directly with Paid Search, ABM and SEO to performance manage campaigns, align on optimization priorities and drive incrementality
- - Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and other stakeholders on attainment to budget and return on investment
- - Partner with RevOps to refine campaign attribution, tracking and data accuracy across systems
- - Develop a daily optimization protocol across campaigns and channels to improve CTR, CPL and ROAS
- - Conduct weekly performance reviews to identify trends, optimizations and actionable insights
- - Build comprehensive revenue attribution reporting, including ABM attribution using platform APIs
- - Monitor budget pacing, ensure efficiency across channels, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- - Identify new platforms, audiences and creative formats to fuel experimentation and performance growth
- - Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap and coordinate directly with functional owners
- - Own and manage our email marketing program, including ad-hoc sends and nurture campaign development
Required Skills
- - 3-6 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- - Strong on-camera presence and ability to represent the brand authentically
- - Experience managing multi-channel social programs and growing brand engagement
- - Ability to lead brand campaigns from concept through execution and partner with performance marketing to implement
- - Experience hosting webinars, virtual events, or podcasts and comfortable in front of a camera
- - Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to tailor content to different audiences and formats
- - Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools to measure brand performance and identify optimal KPIs
- - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, design, and sales
- - Experience working with HubSpot, Framer, Sprout, LinkedIn, X, Reddit
- - Passion for building an engaging, credible, and memorable brand presence in the fraud prevention and device intelligence space
