Product Data Analyst: AI Shopping Agents

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Drive product strategy by uncovering actionable insights from user behavior and validating changes through A/B testing
• - Define, monitor, and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards for all levels of the company
• - Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product management, design, and user research
• - Build and maintain clean, reliable data tables to improve analytical efficiency and democratize data access for the entire team

Required Skills

• - 3+ years of experience in data science or a similar analytical role
• - Proactive and autonomous self-starter
• - Excellent communicator
• - Expert-level SQL proficiency for complex data exploration and transformation
• - Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for data analysis
• - Experience with Databricks, Redash (or similar tools like Looker), and other BI tooling
• - Basic understanding of data pipeline development and ETL processes
• - Knowledge of OLAP technologies, particularly Cube or similar semantic layer tools
• - Ability to build and maintain data pipelines to power analytical applications
• - Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
• - Experience implementing data quality monitoring and testing frameworks
