Our products automate a growing number of AEC workflows such as site reports, meeting minutes, mail management, and RFP bidding. Responsibilities
- - Ship end-to-end features: Design, build, test, and launch new functionality and improvements.
- - Embrace AI: Use AI coding tools and agents throughout design, development, testing, documentation, and operations.
- - Own quality: Write clean, well-documented code, maintain sensible tests, and review PRs to keep standards high.
- - Mentor and multiply: Share AI-driven workflows, pair with teammates, and spread learnings across the team.
- - Collaborate across functions: Work with product, design, and engineering to enhance user experience and system performance.
- - Support where needed: Handle tasks ranging from infrastructure tweaks to customer support.
Required Skills
- - 5+ years building production software, with strength in Python (FastAPI, async, distributed systems) and solid JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
- - Proven record of shipping and owning customer-facing features in a fast-moving team.
- - Habitual power-user of AI dev tooling.
- - Comfortable diving into unfamiliar domains —be that cloud ops, CI pipelines, mobile, or a gnarly customer workflow.
- - Excellent written & verbal communication; you can explain trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers alike.
