Product Engineer, Mobile (Senior/Staff/Principal)

Responsibilities

• - Partner closely with Product and Design to build and improve Monarch's core product features on mobile platforms (iOS/android). Example features include: Budgeting, Goals, Assistant
• - Establish mobile engineering best practices on the team, code quality standards, and development processes that enable rapid iteration while maintaining product reliability
• - Mentor your fellow engineering peers
• - Help shape our longer-term mobile technical roadmaps

Required Skills

• - 4+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years using React Native/TypeScript, plus working knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• - You consider yourself ''product-centric'' and take pride in building something people love
• - You have superb written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teammates
• - Strong ownership mentality-you see projects through from initial spec to production monitoring
