Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Lead and grow a high-performing Global QA team focused on ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of our DaaS platform
• - Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that includes functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• - Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks for end-to-end testing across cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to define quality standards and integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle
• - Establish and track quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, test coverage, test pass rate) to evaluate product readiness
• - Own the test planning and execution for releases, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
• - Lead root cause analyses for critical issues, drive process improvements and prevent future occurrences
• - Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the QA team

Required Skills

• - 10+ years in QA, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role
• - Experience testing complex cloud-based platforms or virtual desktop infrastructure (Azure Virtual Desktop, DaaS, VDI, Citrix, etc.)
• - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., TestRail, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman), and automation best practices
• - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple testing initiatives in a fast-paced agile environment
• - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• - Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• - Azure certification is preferred
• - Strong experience with Azure DevOps
• - Excellent oral and written communication skills
• - Ability to convey technical testing solutions to the entire organization and experience working with senior leaders to leverage technology for positive business outcomes
