Responsibilities

- - Lead standard renewals for the upmarket segment
- - Execute timely renewals by owning the process
- - Drive Commercial Outcomes
- - Protect logo retention and ARR outcomes
- - Partner Cross-Functionally
- - Collaborate closely with RevOps, Billing, Legal, and Sales
- - Forecast with Precision
- - Maintain accurate renewal forecasts
- - Build the Playbook
- - Continuously refine renewal processes
