Job Description
Kit is on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- - Own the strategy, partner relationships, systems, and results of the affiliate program
- - Recruit the right partners and scale the webinar program
- - Make the program more efficient through AI and automation
- - Audit the current affiliate program and identify high-impact opportunities
- - Execute strategic plans and hit quarterly MRR targets from affiliates
- - Scale the webinar program to drive more qualified leads
- - Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and a regular working-in-public cadence
- - Deliver $1M in new ARR through strategic partner recruitment and program optimization
Required Skills
- - Strategic program development with clear prioritization, trade-offs, and ROI modeling
- - Affiliate partnership recruitment, activation, and management across diverse partner types
- - Focus on funnel optimization and implement key engagement points for affiliates
- - Data analysis and performance optimization using metrics, dashboards, and testing frameworks
- - Systems building and process documentation that enables work to scale
- - PartnerStack platform expertise including marketplace optimization, recruitment tools, and analytics
- - AI and automation implementation to improve operational efficiency
