Responsibilities

• - Own the strategy, partner relationships, systems, and results of the affiliate program
• - Recruit the right partners and scale the webinar program
• - Make the program more efficient through AI and automation
• - Audit the current affiliate program and identify high-impact opportunities
• - Execute strategic plans and hit quarterly MRR targets from affiliates
• - Scale the webinar program to drive more qualified leads
• - Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and a regular working-in-public cadence
• - Deliver $1M in new ARR through strategic partner recruitment and program optimization

Required Skills

• - Strategic program development with clear prioritization, trade-offs, and ROI modeling
• - Affiliate partnership recruitment, activation, and management across diverse partner types
• - Focus on funnel optimization and implement key engagement points for affiliates
• - Data analysis and performance optimization using metrics, dashboards, and testing frameworks
• - Systems building and process documentation that enables work to scale
• - PartnerStack platform expertise including marketplace optimization, recruitment tools, and analytics
• - AI and automation implementation to improve operational efficiency
