Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own brand voice and messaging consistency
• - Write and edit press materials, blog content, and marketing materials
• - Ghostwrite for executives (e.g., CEO, senior leadership team)
• - Edit internal and external content across teams (e.g., blog posts, slide decks, etc.)
• - Develop thought leadership and contributed content (e.g. editorial articles, responses to media requests, etc.)
• - Optimize content in line with SEO best practices
• - Create and manage editorial calendars
• - Use analytics tools to monitor content traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions after content is published
• - Identify gaps and opportunities in content
• - Perform content audits and keep a detailed and up-to-date inventory
• - Collaborate across all teams to capture content ideas
• - Produce white papers for industry events

Required Skills

• - 10–20 years of experience preferred
• - Strong technical/industry background (tech/SaaS preferred)
• - Editorial experience (e.g., tech publications) strongly preferred
• - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop a clear and compelling strategy for inspiring and engaging the audience
• - Must also have strong editing and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to adapt the content style, tone, and format to suit different channels and platforms
